Customer Experience Specialist
Let’s skip right to the good stuff. Our small business is located in the Green Lake area of Seattle. We may be biased – but we are pretty sure we are the coolest place to work. We really believe we are changing the world. Honestly, this job role is not all roses and puppy dogs – there is some good news and there is some bad news.

This is more than answering the phone and making appointments. We are changing people’s lives through how they feel about themselves. Our front desk team sets the tone for every guest who walks into our space.
At our salon you will have the opportunity for quick growth utilizing our one on one coaching sessions to accelerate both your professional and personal goals, you will also have the opportunity to grow skills in social media, marketing, visual displays, problem solving and setting and reaching personal goals.
Do you love beauty, hair, fashion, and helping people feel good? Then you have exactly what we are looking for as our next team member.
You don’t have to be skilled at cardboard boat races, scavenger hunts, or dancing, but you will likely be doing all of those things. Every few months we do something fun or goofy or both as a team.
If you have prior experience in a salon, as an administrative assistant or in sales it might give you a leg up over the competition. What we don’t expect is perfection and can teach you the skill sets to help you succeed. What we need is someone who is interested in helping people and loves to be part of a team.
This is a full or part time position. We offer contributed health care, paid sick leave and paid vacation after 1 year for full time team members.
We are looking to bring new team members on board as soon as possible, but we will spend the necessary time to find the perfect fit for our company and culture.
