Services paid through Affirm are non-refundable.

Your Affirm plan can be applied to all hair services, treatments, and home care purchases.

Gratuities to your stylist cannot be used with Affirm.

Your Affirm plan can be used towards your hair services and any home care purchases. It cannot be used towards gratuity.

Gratuities to your stylist can be gifted as cash directly to your provider or via their direct venmo link.
