Fix Salon is not hiring at this time and that is by design.

At Fix Salon, we believe the best investment we can make is in the team we already have.

Rather than continually adding new stylists, we’re intentionally focused on helping our current team build thriving, sustainable careers. That means giving them the time, education, mentorship and client opportunities they need to grow strong books and become the very best at their craft.

Our goal has never been to fill chairs, it is to build careers. We want every stylist who joins Fix to have the opportunity to succeed, thrive and create a life they love through this profession.

We will be reviewing our needs this fall, and again, at the beginning of 2027. If you are interesting in joining our team you are invited to submit a resume and online application for review.
